#[non_exhaustive]pub enum DragMode {
SameDrag,
Predicted,
}Expand description
Whose drag a whole flight flies, the two modes of M2.1.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
SameDrag
hpr flies the C_D0(M) table the reference declares, so a difference is in the equations
of motion, the environment or the motor. Its metrics are gated.
Predicted
hpr flies its own drag against a reference in which RocketPy flies the example’s own drag,
so a difference is mostly the two drags (M2.1c2). hpr’s normal force is its own
in both modes; only the zero-lift drag differs. Its metrics are
held to a target and reported, never gated (crate::Verdict::WithinTarget).
