OrkMotor

Struct OrkMotor

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct OrkMotor { pub mount: String, pub stage: usize, pub kind: Option<String>, pub manufacturer: String, pub designation: String, pub digest: Option<String>, pub diameter_m: Option<f64>, pub length_m: Option<f64>, pub delay: Option<Delay>, pub ignition: Ignition, pub curve: Curve, }
Expand description

A motor in a mount, in one configuration: what the <motor> element says, when it ignites in that configuration, and the curve it flies on.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§mount: String

The id of the mount component in the rocket.

§stage: usize

The index of the mount’s stage in Rocket::stages.

§kind: Option<String>

<type> as written: single, reload or hybrid.

§manufacturer: String

<manufacturer>.

§designation: String

<designation>, such as H148R.

§digest: Option<String>

<digest>: OpenRocket’s key for the thrust curve, which names an embedded curve.

§diameter_m: Option<f64>

<diameter>: the case diameter, m.

§length_m: Option<f64>

<length>: the case length, m.

§delay: Option<Delay>

<delay>: none is a plugged motor, with no ejection charge; a number is the seconds from burnout to the charge, and 0 fires it at burnout (OpenRocket’s technical documentation, pages 8 and 10).

§ignition: Ignition

When it ignites in this configuration: the configuration’s <ignitionconfiguration> where the mount has one, the mount’s own default where it does not.

§curve: Curve

The thrust curve.
