Reads a Featherweight Raven’s FIP CSV export from its text.
§Errors
LogError::NotThisFormat if the first line isn’t a FIP export’s header (a clock column first,
and a channel name the Raven writes); LogError::Syntax for a header the reader can’t lay
out, a file with no altitude above the pad, a row whose cells don’t fall into its channels, a
time or value that isn’t a number, or a time that goes back; LogError::NoData if the
altitude has no samples.
