§Errors
LogError::NotThisFormat if the first line isn’t one of the four headers;
LogError::Syntax for a header column with no name, a row with more cells than the header,
a row whose clock is missing or isn’t a time, or rows holding under a quarter of the cells the
header names; LogError::NoData if no row follows the header.
